Help & FAQ

Search your dates and look for a zero security deposit on an available car. Choices can be limited. Check the actual offer rather than assuming every car in the catalogue has the same condition.

No. The advance is paid towards the rental price. The security deposit is a separate amount associated with the rental agreement. Review the payment breakdown before booking.

Check the payment methods for the selected offer, including the online advance and the collection balance. A zero security deposit alone does not establish every accepted payment method.

Choose Phuket Airport and follow the confirmed meeting instructions. The actual procedure varies by supplier. See our airport pickup guide.

Confirm availability, the exact address, appointment and charge with the selected offer. A resort location appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee delivery to every property.

Check official requirements for your licence-issuing country and the selected supplier's original-document, age and licence-holding conditions before travel. Any additional driver also needs to qualify.

No. Read the insurance terms separately. The security amount and possible liability under a policy answer different questions.

Contact the supplier through the details in your confirmation and follow the instructions. Do not assume that the collection appointment or rental period automatically changes.

Use the cancellation conditions attached to the actual offer, including the deadline and method for requesting cancellation. Deposit-free does not automatically mean free cancellation.

Use the location and time confirmed in your booking. Arrange a different handback in advance, and allow time for fuel, unloading and inspection.
